Our Helios Worker Safety Division currently offers two wireless emergency stop models, the E-Stop 1000 and the E-Stop 2000.

The worker’s radio transmitter can be up to 1300 feet (400 meters) away from the E-Stop receiver (range will vary with conditions). In the case of the worker becoming out of range of the E-Stop receiver, the worker-worn wireless unit will provide the wearer with a “signal lost” alert. Repeaters are available for the WES2000 to enhance signal propagation should this be necessary. A site evaluation can be performed to ensure 100% coverage.

Similarly to other emergency stop equipment, the E-Stop includes a round, manual STOP button which can be operated by hand.

Each E-Stop can support up to five handsets, allowing any of the users to stop equipment endangering themselves or one of their co-workers.

Helios Wireless Emergency Stop Model E-Stop 1000

  • The rechargeable, worker-worn handsets for the E-STOPS operate at the push of a button. The handsets send a radio signal to the E-STOP which automatically stops the equipment endangering or trapping a worker.

Helios Wireless Emergency Stop Model E-Stop 2000

  • The WES2000 includes an intrinsically safe handset
  • The WES2000 operates in the same way as the E-Stop WS1000, but the handset is intrinsically safe and made for use in places where spark-free equipment is required to avoid explosions, such as in oil & gas facilities or a dust-laden environment. The E-STOP itself must be located in a non-explosive environment.

Our products are covered by a one year factory warranty. Ship product to us for repair and we will ship it back to you at our cost during the warranty period.
